We asked Virgin and JDJ Entertainment about this. Both sources confirmed to us that there are NO plans for a re-release. " Read more... Tuesday July 13 2004, 12:25 New Janet dvd "From Janet To Damita Jo"! Yesterday we already made mention that the Japanese HMV website anounced on their site that there will be a new Janet DVD released this year. We decided to try and find out more about this release. What we can confirm so far is that the DVD will be called "From Janet To Damita Jo" and the release date will be September 7th 2004. HMV Japan mentioned that the dvd will contain video's from the Janet album till the Damita Jo album and the making of some of the video's and an interview. Tuesday July 13 2004, 04:02 Re-run of the Ellen show and BET awards in the US Today there will be a re-broadcast of Janet's Kick Ass performance from the BET 2004 Awards. Missed it make sure to tune in 8:00 PM EST. Further more the Ellen Show will also be re-broadcasted on the 14th of July. In our last Miss Janet issue we did a "Janet on Tour!" feature, were we announced that her tour would start this September according to interviews Janet had recently given. However, we've since learned that the tour has been pushed back, but not cancelled as you may have heard through the rumor mill. No additional information on when the tour might kick off, but as soon as we receive the official itinerary we'll let you know! " Kniew Harris writes: "There is an article in King Magazine where Kayne West gave Janet an interview. The interview is one page long put and there is a great picture of Janet on the right page. There is also a small section in Black Hair magazine, it's a Look like feature where it shows you how to make your hair look like janet's from the All for you and Damita Jo eras." It will include all her music video from the janet. album up till the Damita Jo album. It will also include an interview and the making of some of the video's./ According to the site it will be out on september the 29th." Saturday July 03 2004, 21:56 Janet a Surprise Guest at NYC Gay Pride Rally! This news is being posted a bit late, but thank you to the many fans who wrote in to report about Janet's surprise appearance at the NYC Gay Pride Rally on Pier 54 on the Hudson River on June 27. The appearance was so top-secret that even the fanclub could not say anything about it, but we're very glad it turned out to be a great surprise for all who were there. Those of you who were there reported that Janet rocked the pier with All Nite (Don't stop) & Together Again.
